We are looking for a Digital Products and Marketing Executive to join the team
This role will work closely with the Digital Product & Marketing Manager to ensure the itvstudios.com website & app are both fit for purpose and fully updated with our latest content.
This role will also play a pivotal part in supporting and developing our digital marketing channels (email & social media) through the planning and production of digital content for these channels.
This role will work with a range of internal and external departments including content operations, acquisitions, sales, research, brand marketing, PR and creative and digital agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update the homepage banner of itvstudios.com on a weekly basis ensuring a fair split across scripted, non-scripted and format shows
  • Collaborate with respective ITV Studios genre (Scripted, Non-Scripted, Formats) marketing teams to plan which shows to promote on each genre page every month
  • Create and update programme pages on itvstudios.com - in the form of programme descriptions, press reviews and banners
  • Ensure screener videos have been uploaded & formatted correctly
  • Review the programmes that should be removed from the website on a monthly basis, thereby keeping costs down for storage and streaming
  • Update ITV Studios production labels' content
  • Support with the creation of new International Studios websites
  • Keep non-programme related pages of the website (such as About ITV Studios, Contact Us/Meet the Teams pages) up to-to-date on a monthly basis and actioning any amends
  • Review the unassigned user approvals on a daily basis
  • Report to manager any website or app bugs that have been spotted or reported to him/her
  • Support manager with new website functionality testing Digital Marketing Channels
  • Create & build emails using our service provider templates. Ownership of the Email image gallery (needs process, clean-up and structure)
  • Work closely with respective ITV Studios genre (Scripted, Non-Scripted, Formats) marketing teams to plan and update the email marketing schedule
  • Work with the wider marketing team and PR team on the production & posting of social media content.
  • Work alongside the Digital product & Marketing Manager to plan ahead and ensure social posts (particularly press releases) go live in a timely manner
  • Create URLs for digital marketing campaigns (aids search optimisation and discovering content)
  • Measure and report on marketing channels' performance
Ideal Candidate:
  • Marketing experience with a strong digital remit
  • Basic Photoshop knowledge
  • Strong copy-writing skills
  • Highly organised
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task & project manage
  • Familiarity with using a CMS and performance management systems such as Google Analytics
  • A passion for Digital
  • Strong planning and management skills
