The Role

We’re looking for a junior to mid-weight Digital Project Manager to join our Learning Team. Please note this is now a permanent position. As a key player in the team, you will be delivering creative learning solutions for high-profile clients. This includes creative print, film and animation.
You will be joining a fun, hard-working and cross-functional team who take pride in their work and are always looking to challenge themselves. You will work closely with a team of unique personalities, from talented designers, learning consultants and film-makers, guiding them through the project to deliver the best for the company and client.
Key Skills
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • Facilitating and managing client workshops and meetings
  • Sourcing and managing external resources where needed to support project delivery
  • Owning and managing project budgets, finances and deliverables
  • Exceptional attention to detail when it comes to proofing and testing
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience managing and delivering multiple digital projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ​in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of direct stakeholder management in building strong client relationships to understand the project and manage client expectations
  • Highly skilled at creating project documentation and reports
  • Knowledgeable in eLearning, print, animation and film
  • Experience working in Scrum Agile (optional)
