We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Digital Senior Account Manager to join us on a fixed term contract.
A self-starter who can take ownership and boss projects, set the pace, utilise the agency’s multi-faceted offering and has high standards to deliver work that makes a difference to the client’s business and creates agency profit.
The role requires those who thrive in an agile environment with obsessive attention to detail. You should be organised as well as being flexible, a natural problem solver, and have the ability to stay cool under pressure.
You will work with broad range of passionate and talented clients, who we see on a regular basis, so the ability to build strong relationships and understand their unique needs is a must.

CRM strategy through to creative comms
Set up and optimisation of automated journeys within Salesforce
User testing across digital channels
Digital innovation projects
Digital experience essential with CRM/eCRM experience desirable, as is experience working closely with data and analytics teams.
