As an Online VM Assistant working for TOPSHOP TOPMAN you will be responsible for assistance with the E-Commerce Photo Shoot List and sample allocation daily, regular quality checks online, and visual merchandising for TOPSHOP TOPMAN Digital. You will play a key role; ensuring product is appropriately optimized on both TOPSHOP TOMAN .com sites and samples are sent to the Photo Studio in a timely manner.
Track product through the photo shoot process. Ensure items are not missed, delayed, or incorrect and that everyone is adhering to deadlines for e-commerce image needs. Support the product “go live” process on an as needed basis to ensure items can go online as quickly as possible.
Daily site quality assurance checks to ensure all actions from the day are accurate.
Troubleshoot issues with the larger Digital Team, Photo Studio, IT / Systems Teams, or other relevant parties. This can span process issues through to moderately technical issues with systems used for daily work.
Daily maintenance and basic management of customer facing product updates including but not limited to Back in Stock product, product bundles, linking product lines across seasons, and removals of out of stock product.
Daily visual merchandising tasks and maintenance of visual merchandising rules.
