A senior brand marketing specialist to help build awareness of Perlego around the world - both in our core-markets and new markets.
It’s the perfect role for you if you:
Have experience in building a consumer brand from an early-stage into an established and trusted brand
Have experience in building engaged communities of users
Can think strategically but not afraid to get hands on in building and delivering campaigns
Have a good understanding of data and analytics and understand how to track the effective of brand marketing efforts
Are an excellent communicator, being able to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly
Are highly creative - we want to build a unique and clearly identifiable brand, we therefore want to think differently about how we market and where we market
Have strong project management skills, managing complex projects end-to-end
Have experience across all channels of brand marketing - press, content marketing, social media, partnerships, influencer marketing, product marketing, events and physical brand campaigns (pop-ups, ambassadors etc.)
Experience in leading and managing team
Experience in working in different countries, understand how to flex marketing styles to fit with different cultures
Able to manage and allocate large marketing budgets effectively across different channels to maximise ROI
⭐️ It’s a plus if you have:
Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing
Experience working for an education brand, specifically Edtech
Multi-lingual - Spanish, Italian, French, German or Portugese specifically!
Have a general interest in books, reading and always learning new things!
£60,000 - £65,000 + equity (share options)
Build the brand awareness and communications strategy, across core-markets and new markets
Be responsible for awareness across all our stakeholders and customers including - students, universities, publishers and investors
Work cross-functionally, helping both our core-market team and our new markets team build strategies and campaigns relevant to their own markets
Work closely with the Director of Design to maintain and grow a clear visual brand and tone of voice
Work closely with the VP of Growth to support growth initiatives
Develop, motivate and support the marketing, partnerships and customer support specialists in their roles
