Do you have experience of writing Boolean queries and social media monitoring?
We are looking for a Dutch Social Media Insights Analyst to work on a per-project basis.
We offer flexible work hours. Work may vary week to week but you need only take on work that you can manage within your schedule.
You will need to write queries in Dutch that are then run through our licensed social platforms, e.g. Talkwalker. You will then read through the results, tagging, categorising and developing the conversations to generate insights to answer our clients' business questions.
You will be responsible for doing the analysis in Dutch and reporting back your analysis in English.
Hourly rate is dependent on experience.
1. Be fluent in English and native-level in Dutch as well as have excellent written communication skills in English.
2. Be digitally savvy - able to understand and engage on social media platforms and the different types of communication by platform (Twitter vs Facebook etc.). You should be conversant with abbreviations, platform specific words and acronyms and local variations specific to your country or language.
3. Have experience with social listening including writing Boolean queries and using platforms such as Talkwalker, Synthesio, Pulsar and Brandwatch.
4. Be able to work independently to develop insights and be capable of sharing these back with a high standard of written English.
Flexibility and remote working. This is a freelance role and is not full-time. Work is scheduled in hour blocks, so you can fit it into your schedule, developing your skills alongside your main role or other commitments.
We will train you to use social media platforms and social media analysis techniques as well as give you feedback to improve your written analysis and PowerPoint work.
