The E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce department. As E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager you will develop and carry out strategies to ensure the commercial success of BBC ICECREAM EU whilst maintaining a strong brand digital presence.
Constantly maintain brand standards on the website – images, descriptions, prices, and all other information.
Manage and implement secure and efficient customer order operations.
Implement marketing roll-out and strategy for all product releases.
Develop content calendar and oversee website layout, uploads, and landing pages.
Develop and implement e-commerce strategy (paid and unpaid) to improve website performance.
Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversions, abandoned cart and subscriptions.
Monthly reporting & Measuring; monthly sales, web analytics, digital marketing performance, SEO & Google Analytics
Research and forecast future sales and performance.
Place, record, and monitor purchase orders.
Co-ordinate and maintain digital brand presence across multiple channels.
Manage third-party digital marketing agencies to ensure smooth and efficient performance across digital marketing channels - search, display, social and CRM
Manage and maintain full brand retail release calendar and liaise with relevant parties to ensure that all releases run efficiently.
Manage and maintain EPOS Shopify integrations
Regularly review customer purchase cycle and identify potential enhancements and improvements to continually optimize the user experience.
High level of experience in digital commerce/ eCommerce and digital merchandising/marketing
Strong analytical skills to identify issues and potential opportunities, evaluate options and provide clear recommendations for eCommerce growth.
Experience delivering successful end-to-end digital programs or campaigns- from concept to execution to reporting and optimization.
Demonstrated understanding of and experience with eCommerce funnel, SEO, SEM.
Experience working within the premium/ luxury / contemporary streetwear industry.
Have thorough knowledge of UX/UI analytics and insights tools (i.e. Hotjar, mouseflow)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Flexible and proactive team player.
