Preen is looking for a Producer / Editor with a passion for content marketing and a cutting-edge and a deep creative understanding of video edits for websites, tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, snapchat, Youtube and all of the associated sub platforms such as IG Reels, and swipe up stories. Supported by the Head of Marketing to create sizzle reels and mood films to sell Preen in pitches and on our social channels.

-Commercially minded with a showreel to prove it, ideally multi-platform
-Super-positive, go-the-extra-mile attitude with a real willingness to learn and create short form video (must understand the concept of show, not tell)
-Capable of taking a brief and creatively running with it, taking it far beyond our own and our clients expectations
-A sound design wizard that realises the impact of a music track and/or sfx and makes it work equally as hard as the visuals. Someone who can ‘MIX’ really well (EQ, compression, reverb, melodyne if required) and make the soundtrack ‘bounce’ to seamlessly accompany the video.
-passion for film, short form content and advertising, drawing inspiration from the best/latest shows, trends, themes and ads out there.
-Understands the importance of targeting ‘highly specific’ specific audiences and using certain ‘production’ levers to make audience watch until the end
-knowledge of the biggest social platforms out there including tik tok, Insta, FB, YouTube and Linkedin.
-Happy pulling stuff together at the drop of a hat and with super quick turnarounds
-Reference nut, knows a wealth of content and can call on memory to different videos/shots as needed
-knowledge of new tech and innovation within the world of post, would be highly advantageous.
-An eye for graphic design isn’t a must but a definite plus for creating killer graphics/lower thirds
-ability to colour grade and familiar with davinci
-fast-paced role that requires a laser-focus on project timelines and in-house briefs to make Preen a number one creative excellence agency.
-Creative confidence, willingness to push back on ideas and to develop own ideas on a project
-An understanding of typography and trends within the design industry
