KidsKnowBest is a creative agency; driven by insights, powered by kids. We specialise in market research, insights, content creation and marketing with clients including Mattel, Universal, SONY, Warner Bros, and many others.
Reporting to the Editorial Director, this position will work alongside teams in marketing, research, and product to support the delivery of consumer facing and b2b content. You’ll work on producing exceptional entertainment content for our range of digital kids products and help share industry-leading insight to our wider community. This role will work to support building KidsKnowBest’s reputation for understanding kids and giving them a voice.
The role requires excellent copywriting skills, creative flair, brilliant organisation and a solid understanding of social media platforms. We’re looking for someone who can produce and edit content for a variety of different audiences, whether that’s fun polls for kids aged 8-10, engaging blog posts or in-depth insights features. We want someone who knows how to excite audiences and get them sharing, liking or talking.
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic to start their career and keen to learn loads through hands-on experience. We’re a small agency made up of talented experts in creative, research and product so there’s huge potential to learn more and grow your skills.
This is the perfect entry-level marketing/social media role for someone who wants to build a wide-range of skills and experience at an exciting and fast-paced digital agency.
Work with the team on the agency’s social media strategy
Produce written and video content for the agency blog and social media channels
Work on the monthly agency insights newsletter
Identify emerging trends and develop responses where appropriate
Support the Editorial Director’s work with the external PR agency to secure coverage of our work and insights to build our profile and secure new client opportunities.
Work with the product team to deliver engaging content for our range of apps and digital products; including researching, writing and image editing for kids polls/quizzes.
Identify and track trends that resonate with our core audiences to ensure all app content is timely and relevant to kids lives.
Work with the research team to identify behaviours and attitudes and how this can inform work across the rest of the business.
Support the Research Directors in desk research for a culture book being produced.
Interview kids remotely on a weekly basis with either unstructured or structured discussion guides and input this data into relevant systems.
Produce an internal weekly insights email / slack for the entire company.
