As our ideal Email Marketing Manager reporting into our Senior CRM & Retention Manager you will be proactive, organised and efficient. You will work across a variety of initiatives, enjoy new challenges, working with different people, functions and skill-sets and bring a positive attitude throughout.
Importantly, you will bring a desire to improve your skills, work collaboratively and pay close attention to detail. You will strive for excellence, welcome critique and bring a data-oriented yet creative approach to problem solving. You will be able to learn about our customers and learn to use insights to inform marketing and email strategies, content and tactics.
You Will:
  • Oversee and manage the email content calendar
  • Oversee, manage and executive key marketing campaigns
  • Design emails & write copy to create compelling email storytelling that is on-brand
  • Assist in the day-day email production process, designing, proofreading and building content to meet agreed KPIs
  • Be responsible for proofing, scheduling and deploying email sends and A/B tests as well as creating audience segments for different customer send groups and territories
  • Optimise our automation emails
  • Own and executive our A/B testing CRM roadmap
  • Assist in the testing and roll out of our VIP experience
  • Assist in reporting on channel and campaign performance, using insights to drive performance
  • Employ a data led informed approach to strategy and CRM decision making
  • Minimum 2 years email and CRM experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills
  • Reporting and data experience
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Management experience (desirable but not required)
  • Self-motivated, highly organised and versatile
  • Proactive approach
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Tech savvy with experience working with marketing software and data analysis software
  • Background or demonstrated interest in interiors/fashion/design/beauty and ethical/sustainable practices and current affairs
  • Enjoy being part of a team and doing whatever it takes to help that team succeed
  • People management experience (desirable) for a potential direct report
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a startup-like environment
  • Competitive salary £38-48k per annum depending on skills and experience
