We are looking for a Product Manager for our growing Enterprise Products group to define the next generation of Knowledge Management for enterprises. You will be responsible for reimagining how we use technology and data to empower teams and entire companies to be more productive by making content interactive, easy to engage with and more relevant, connecting people and the knowledge they need to work better. You will be build a new product within the Workplace platform, a product that is used internally at Facebook and externally with Workplace customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
 
  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
 
 
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
 
 
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
 
 
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
 
 
  • Understand Facebook's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in industry
 
 
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of product management experience
 
  • Organizational and analytical experience
 
 
  • Experience in understanding code bases, including API design techniques
 
 
  • 3+ years of experience in technical architecture of web applications and/or media products.
 
 
  • 3+ years experience designing user interfaces
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience developing enterprise productivity products
 
  • A background in machine learning techniques
 
 
  • BA/BS
 
 
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
