Reporting into the Entertainment Relations Manager, you will assist the Entertainment Relations team in a global capacity with the organisation of samples and the samples office upkeep ensuring standards and best practices are maintained in line policies and procedures.
Assist the Entertainment Relations team in sample traffic management and product availability
Ensure appropriate care and storage of garments
Maintain accurate inventory records in samples office and reflected on management systems
Responsible for the accurate ticketing and categorising of all product
Arrange shipping of product to global offices and external addresses with full follow through on invoicing, PO raising, tracking, pick up, delivery and returns
Support set up and pack down of fittings
Support set up of Seasonal gifting programs including overseeing shipments and status documents
Produce weekly report on all product sent out, gifted and due for return
