Surrounded by 100 acres of Oxfordshire countryside, Soho Farmhouse is a destination for food and drink, wellness and outdoor activities. Two hours’ drive or a short train from London, we have 114 bedrooms, including cabins, huts and farmhouse bedrooms to stay in, a state-of-the-art gym, Cowshed Spa, an indoor and outdoor pool and cinema. We have multiple food and beverage outlets on site, The Main Barn is the central hub, serving the club menu all day. At Soho House, the Events Operations Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of all operational aspects of private, in house and member events. The Events Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of events of multiple sizes and styles, assuring service standards and member & guest experience; whilst leading a team, consisting of Management level and line level staff. In this role you will be an ambassador for the Soho House brand and fully embrace our ethos, support staff and member & guest experience.
Up to 2-3 years’ senior leadership experience in experience food & beverage experience in a busy high-profile venue
Innovator and influencer with previous experience managing F&B operations
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships (internal and external)
Desire & passion for working within the team on daily operations, working on the floor and serving guests in this hands-on role
Ability to work on weekends, late nights and across the holiday season to meet business demands
Strong attention to details
Excellent customer service
Fluent in English
Organised and reliable
Ability to work and maximize relationships within a diverse team
Computer literacy within Opera, Micros and Adaco advantageous
