Contract Summary

Reporting into Head of Evoke FIlms, the Executive Assistant will provide administrative and general support to the Head of Evoke Films, senior members of the team and help facilitate the smooth running of the department.

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide key administrative and general support to the Head of Evoke Films.  
  • You may also be required to support other members of the senior team on an ad hoc basis.
  • Duties will include diary management, meeting minutes and agendas, travel arrangements, expenses, filing, processing expenses etc. booking meeting rooms with relevant IT / AV support
  • You will be required to implement administrative systems and processes to support the smooth running of the department, including new starters.
  • You may be required to organise conferences, team meetings and social events.
  • Be a key point of contact for any general enquires from both internal and external clients and suppliers, including email/phone communication or in person meetings
  • Line manage direct reports (TBC)
  • Assist with the preparation of presentation decks, pitch documents or other development proposals
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality, when dealing with highly confidential documents/communication.
  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
Required Qualifications
  • Previous proven experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management, directors or executives.
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering in a comparable Executive Assistant position.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint) as well as Keynote.
  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Management of junior members of staff (junior/runner level)
  • Previous experience in a production (or advertising) environment desirable
Working Conditions
  • This is a fixed-term position (Until December 2020) and will be based at Chiswick Park, London.
  • Working hours are 40 hours per week.
  • May be required to attend (and travel to) location, other Endeavor offices and meetings
  • Occasional unsocial (out of) hours support
