We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Executive Producer to work on the Adidas account here at Iris London. Although the role will primarily be an adidas focused role, there is the opportunity to work on other clients in the same capacity.
This newly created role is an incredible opportunity for someone to work across both the Moving Image and Photography aspects of our adidas work.
The role sits within the One Production department, whose aim is to contribute to and produce great creative work on all platforms.
The role of the Executive Producer is to be the consistent agency face with both the adidas client and adidas producers on a day to day basis to ensure smooth running of all productions and consistency in approach. The right candidate will be someone who will enjoy the process side of organising an account as much as producing the work.
As the key Production face on adidas, your day to day will be liaising with the lead Integrated Producer, ensuring that you have visibility and input into all briefs coming into the agency. There will be a partnership between the Associate Producer and the lead Integrated Producer, ensuring smooth running of the account and complete consistency in approach.
Every job is different and it is the Executive Producers’ role to ensure that we are approaching each production in the right way to accommodate both the budget, the brief and our approach to Diversity, Inclusion and Sustainability.
We would expect the Executive Producer to develop a tight relationship with all of the Internal Producer team at Iris, while ensuring the same on client side.
We would expect the Executive Producer to see both film and photography as equal disciplines and not outweigh one over the other.
We are looking for an Executive Producer to work in partnership with our lead Integrated Producer on adidas, reporting into the Executive Producer of Moving Image and Head of Art & Photographic. The role is a 50/50 mix of being hands on in producing work, as well as stepping into more of an oversight role to ensure consistency across the entire portfolio.
The purpose of the role will be to bring both production expertise and consistency across both film and photography output:
A team player who is highly organised and highly knowledgeable in both film and photography production. The right candidate should be confident in co-ordinating the production of both without prioritising one or the other
Experience in producing big budgets (£1m+) and smaller budgets (under 100k). Within the latter, experience in producing work with partners outside of the traditional production company model
Experience working with a sports brand and/or working with sports assets
Someone with experience in leading an account or team to produce the best in class work
Someone who has an interest in the operation side of an account who can spot improvements in the flow of work internally
Someone who enjoys mentoring other Producers and can get the best out of everyone around them
Someone with an interest in the Adidas Brand
Someone who is comfortable with managing clients and always open to finding solutions to client concerns
Someone that fits in a very ‘can do’ and solutions orientated team
Someone that is progressive with their thinking, not rigid and stuck in their ways. We are looking for someone that is able to break the mould and treat every production as unique
Experience of working with clients who have Production Consultants and understanding how to get the best from them
Ability to assess skill sets in others and support Integrated Producers through their productions if they are producing any film or photography
Someone with aspirations to fully immerse themselves within an account and would enjoy cultivating it to ensure it runs smoothly and its output is maximised
