The Role: Drive brand investment from partners within the Fashion category working across both COOP and media budgets to deliver best-in-class marketing programs that leverage the full marketing power of the In-Season business across owned, earned and paid channels. Responsible for achieving and exceeding brand investment target.
You Will:
  • Ensure overall management and coordination of allocated dept. / category internally and externally
  • Aim to significantly increase investment from stocked brands within the YNAP In Season portfolio (NET-APORTER, MR PORTER), working to ambitious individual targets within a wider team
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders- buying, marketing, editorial, creative solutions, ad operations etc.
  • Responsible for managing agreed COOP investment- strategically recommending how stocked brands can invest wholesale budgets into media portfolio to support seasonal buys
  • Support wider business/category needs via paid media multi-branded solutions
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with leading global marketing contacts / relevant agency contacts
  • Proactively promote YNAP's reputation as a powerful global marketing platform
  • Maximise the potential of our established media platforms PORTER & PORTER.COM to secure investment from relevant non-stocked brands, with the long view of nurturing retail conversations
  • Creatively work with the business to optimize sponsorship opportunities from non-endemic brand partners
  • Consultative approach to finding media solutions which meet our brand's marketing and wholesale objectives
  • Confident reporting on detailed post campaign analyses of sales, data and performance
  • Client facing / external management of all brand partners regarding media & COOP marketing investment
You Have
  • In-depth and demonstrable understanding of the global luxury marketplace
  • Able to demonstrate sales success across multi-platform campaigns
  • Strong evidence of corporate media contract development and management
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Experience working with Buying, Editorial and Marketing teams
  • Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
  • Strong writing and communications skills
  • Confidence in suggesting calculated risks
  • Discreet, professional and well spoken, with excellent communication and networking skills • A good team player
  • Extremely well-organised, methodical and efficient, with a good dose of common sense and initiative
