Role purpose
Our busiest time of year is approaching, and we are seeking dedicated and passionate Retail Consultants to support our Aesop Richmond signature space across the Festive Season 2023.

The successful applicant will have flexible availability and will be required to work weekends. We are recruiting for Part Time positions for a fixed term period from October/November 2023 to January 2024.
During the Festive season as a Retail Consultant, you embody our desire to engage, listen and guide customers to products that are relevant to them. You will welcome customers into our spaces and through intentional interactions deepen the way our products are experienced. In demonstrating products that address customer needs you will deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience that contributes to our overall commercial success.
What we are looking for
  • Experience operating within a customer service role or environment
  • The ability to communicate with warmth, curiosity and sincerity
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • An interest to learn product knowledge
  • Availability throughout October – January
