To put it simply: BBH Producers are responsible for producing the best version of the creative idea. The Producer is in total control of delivering idea from concept to final asset delivery. They are solely responsible for managing the budget and schedule and for working with their creative and account team counterparts to ensure the best possible expression of the creative idea on behalf of our clients.
We have to wear many hats: creative, financial, practical, create a team culture of positivity and resilience, strive to always find creative solutions to any challenges that present themselves and be a conduit of taste and a connector to the most exciting talent in the industry.

The producer is the conductor of the entire BBH team during the production phase and takes the lead in all client meetings during the production phase, ensuring they keep the entire team fully informed of all relevant production workstreams.

What You’ll Be Doing:
The role of the Producer (Film) is to lead the generation, crafting and production of great ideas into film. Core projects include the production of film campaigns for TVC and social media.

Areas of accountability
  • Regular contact with your team, client and all relevant 3rd party partners.
  • Being a good point of contact for all questions/queries.
  • To ensure the best quality of output on what we deliver for our clients.
  • To help develop and drive the right process.
  • The timely delivery of output for client.
  • Management and accountability for budget spends.
  • Creating the right conditions and morale for teamwork.

What Skills We’re After:
Financial skills
  • To be able to manage costs, deliver against a budget and be accountable for all production cost management (billing, reconciliation etc).
  • Proactively work to control and reduce costs where possible.
People skills
  • Ability to motivate a team of people, to get the best out of people, to be able to develop internal & external trusted relationships (clients and partners).
  • To be considered friendly and approachable, a go to person.
  • Maintain professional, practical and successful working relationships with internal and external clients: Account Management, Creative Dept, Project Management, Design, Mission Possible, Finance, Media Companies, Client.
  • To be able to build rapport with miscellaneous project stakeholders.
Management Skills
  • The ability to develop and execute a plan of action including detailed timings to manage all internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to clarify goals and maintain focus of a team.

  • Able to deliver work that is cutting edge creatively.
