Rare opportunity for an ambitious filmmaker to join a prestigious central London film studio. This is not a ‘cog in a machine’ position, but a unique role that offers creative freedom, variety and professional development for the right individual.

About Us: Bloomsbury Films is an international award-winning production company founded in 2006. We have a reputation for creating high quality promo films, documentaries & event films for clients around the world. We’re a small friendly team passionate about creating great films!

About You: you will be perfect for this role if you thrive on creating high quality work and developing new ideas. This a full-time position where you can grow and take on exciting responsibilities. You will have a minimum of 3-5 year’s experience including these skills:

· Cinematography (DSLRs, rigs, gimbals & grip equipment)
· Video editing with Adobe CC
· Pro sound recording & sound design
· Motion graphics and animated effects
· Colour grading & photo editing
· Digital asset management

In addition, you will also have a distinct advantage if you are:

· Native-level English speaker
· Have a clean driver’s licence
· Can show you have phenomenal attention to detail
· Demonstrate you can take responsibility & solve problems

Details: The job is located at our studio in London WC1 with some UK & overseas travel. A flexible working week includes occasional work on evenings, weekend & public holidays. This is a permanent position with full holiday entitlement & pension contributions. Starting salary up to £25,000pa with excellent opportunity to progress.
