Prime Video European Finance team is looking for a Financial Analyst to support Prime Video strategy and performance. You will partner with worldwide business development, marketing and technology teams to support reporting, analysis and insights for Prime Videos third party distribution. The role would suit a commercially astute and analytical finance professional who is comfortable working with data to generate reports and models, but also able to see the bigger picture, innovate and proactively help partner teams create value. The role is based in Amazon’s Central London office, and report to the Snr Finance Manager, Business Development and Distribution. Key responsibilities may include:
  • Manage Prime Video’s global dataset and reporting on device distribution & coverage
  • Deliver weekly/monthly reporting on device usage metrics for key partners
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support including business case and post-mortem evaluation of marketing initiatives and distribution deals
  • Understand the drivers of device performance, identify and source the right KPIs for measuring performance from internal and external data sources
  • Maintain reporting and forecasting processes for distribution performance metrics
  • Partner with European Business development teams, to provide analytical insight and influencing decision making at the strategic and partner level
  • Support evaluation and modelling of new and renewing distribution deals
  • Manage the month end financial accrual process for EU devices spend


  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree
  • Strong grounding/ expertise building data analysis and financial models using MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and data, and ability to get into the details
  • Strong commercial awareness, with an inquisitive mindset and understanding of commercial value drivers
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • An excellent attention to detail and appetite to dive into details


  • Demonstrated bias for action and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and often in an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to invent and simplify processes, and create tools to improve efficiency & automation
  • Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of SQL, VBA and/or Tableau/Quicksight is helpful
  • Ambitious individual, who wants to succeed and be part of a great team
