Human After All is a London-based design agency with a passion for brands and projects that share our values for using design for purpose - to help make the world a better place. We’ve had a busy start to the year, and so are looking for a mid level Project / Account Manager to join our thriving team of Account and project people, designers and writers in our sunny East London studio.
Initially, we’d love someone to come in freelance, but if things work out this could lead to a permanent job.
The Account Management team ensures the smooth running of our projects and are the key point of contact with our clients. You will be responsible for assisting on project processes in accordance with agreed timelines and budgets, and you will work with the designers, writers and creative directors to brief in and schedule work for the studio. Our projects range from design and digital, to branding and editorial, for a wide range of global clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a creative agency environment and will be comfortable working with designers and writers. You will be a professional and friendly communicator, and a team player with a cool head. You’ll have a good understanding of the creative process and be competent managing numbers.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Account Directors in setting up project teams, tools, timing plans and budgets
Managing the smooth and timely delivery of projects, to include overseeing budgets and timelines
Working with the Account Directors to interpret client briefs, prepare creative briefs and share with the internal teams
Preparing quotes and proposals (with help from the Account Directors and Head of Client Services)
Scheduling the studio workflow to ensure deadlines can be met (sourcing freelance support when required)
Client liaison, ensuring clients are aware of project progress
Contributing to pitch proposals (with support from the wider team)
