Job Description
You will own the execution of the content strategy with content creators and influencers for our clients globally. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification, brainstorm, implementation, e-procurement, negotiation, managing and reporting results. We expect you to manage your team and engage others to deliver outstanding campaigns on time, budget, and create captivating storytelling. As a manager, we are looking for an organized leader, a performer who pushes convention and drives change. Someone who develops proven structure and processes that helps their team achieve outstanding results.

Contract: 30 days.

Key Accountabilities:
You’ll be an integral part of the Account team, leading a wide range of brand campaigns, end to end. You are comfortable managing different projects simultaneously and scale from a small to a big size corporation.
Scope and define work or projects into well-defined milestones and timeframes.
You will develop deep relationships and creatively inspire influencers via well-executed campaigns and events using your strong analytical skills.
You will be responsible for managing the campaign budget, profitability and commercial performance of each campaign.
You are responsible for negotiating and building relationships with our stakeholders (internal and external).
You will lead influencer activities related to our campaigns, such as for photoshoots, video productions, online content creation and events.
You will contribute to the influencer strategy for our clients, recommending objectives, targets, metrics, action plans, calendar, and budget.
You will support the relationship management with our clients and scout new upcoming talents within our influencer network.

About you:
You have 3+ years of experience working with influencers and creators in digital marketing or advertising agencies.
Desirably you hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields. CIM qualification or relevant professional qualification is a plus.
Outstanding written and verbal skills. You comfortably create captivating storytelling and sell your ideas in a structured way.
You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn numbers into insight and action plans.
You are highly skilled in blogging, vlogging and managing social networks.
Behave and act as a social media native with a good understanding of Instagram and other social platforms;
You have the unique ability to identify, negotiate, present ongoing KPI’s and success metrics of our marketing campaigns. You can communicate them precisely to our internal stakeholders and clients.
Ability to identify, manage influencers on behalf of our clients and create strategic influencer programs and marketing campaigns.
You have a structured way of working; You are highly skilled in planning, prioritizing and have excellent attention to detail.
You can work autonomously, staying positive when under pressure, and empowering others to do the same.
Provide feedback on projects outside of their core area. Identifies and proposes strategies to problems affecting their team and gets buy-in on solutions
Make others better through mentorship or guidance on specific areas related to your functional knowledge.
