We are looking for an amazing French speaking Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing Digital Marketing team to focus on our core markets of France, Italy and Spain. The Digital Marketing Associate will be owning the entire media mix and digital strategy for these countries. The role will involve day-to-day management of all paid digital channels including Paid Social, PPC, Programmatic Display and Retargeting.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing paid digital campaigns to drive business objectives. You have your first couple of years digital experience under your belt and are comfortable managing key channels with little to no supervision. You will be a true team player with a creative mind always looking to challenge and improve the status-quo.
Deliver ambitious revenue and customer acquisition targets for the French speaking region
Manage a healthy digital budget across channels and countries according to where you see the best possible ROAS
Manage our paid direct response channels ranging from Paid Social, Paid Search, Display always seeking to test new initiatives
Manage A/B testing of creatives, audiences and landing pages to drive improved campaign results and ROI
Work with suppliers, agencies and internal teams across creative, content, product marketing and business intelligence to maximise conversion and develop learnings.
Own all aspects of French marketing i.e. copy, creative, tone of voice, landing experience, and much more
Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in creating weekly and monthly performance reports of key performance metrics for senior stakeholders
Fluency in French and English
You are a Paid Digital expert with proven experience managing direct response campaigns at scale ( minimum 2 years experience )
You have a commercial acumen that enables you to identify opportunities to drive revenue beyond your day-to-day
You take great satisfaction in bringing ideas to life and executing strategies
You have an innate curiosity that drives you to constantly analyse and evolve your media mix
You're interested in tech and start-ups and are excited to be part of building and growing a company
Solid understanding of web and media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau etc.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong Excel skills are essential
Experience marketing to a European audience
Experience with Marin Search
Experience with attribution models
