Experience with Digital and Video Incentive Plans (DVIP). Demonstrated success in establishing strong Join Business Plans (JBPs).
Understanding of marketing, and robust experience working with advertisers, agencies, and/or clients.
Knowledge of, and established relationships within, the advertising industry.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and to organize and prioritize accordingly. Ability to independently manage senior relationships, or to pull in the right resources to navigate these conversations.
Ability to influence internally and externally, with solid negotiation skills.

Top Accounts is a team within GCAS and unique in that it is the only team that is both global and cross-vertical, with clients in Consumer Packaged Goods, Auto and Tech. The team provides an additional level of service to global clients who are not full GCAS clients, but still have significant potential. In this role, you will structure global joint business plans, coordinate across Large Customer Sales markets, and you'll be the key point-of-contact for global client and agency stakeholders. You'll serve as the clients' advocate within Google while collaborating with other Google teams to provide them with a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and options. You will set the agenda and leverage your keen business understanding to focus on core areas to drive impact.

Develop and manage global JBPs across various Google products and services, countries, and channels, working in partnership with local AEs and regional/global team members. Assist regions as needed to develop regional/local JBPs. Generate business plans to define strategies and tactics.
Build and foster C-Level relationships with global and regional client decision-makers, as well as their agency counterparts, to build and implement long-term digital strategies and to optimize their business growth.
Maximize scalable and leading-edge solutions for client(s), adopted from vertical best practices and GCAS, in order to optimize business growth and to optimize use of Google products (e.g. Search, Video, GMP, etc).
Create ongoing monthly communication cadence with Google teams in each region to drive alignment and to ensure exceptional customer experience.
Travel as needed to meet with customers and other Google teams.
