A new position for our organization, the Global Design Lead will both oversee our brands' long-term visual identity and execute any day-to-day design needs from B Lab Global. Working closely with colleagues and teams across the Global Network, as well as external consultants and agencies, you will be responsible for the constant development and activation of our visual identity strategy to position and raise B Lab’s profile globally and build awareness for the B Corp movement. You’ll be focused on creating branded graphic assets that help us tell the story and principles of our movement in an impactful and engaging way that prompts action and excitement from our diverse audiences.

Core Position Functions/Accountabilities/Scope/Workstream
As Global Design Lead, you will be responsible for defining B Lab Global’s multidisciplinary and omniplatform design strategy and execution roadmap. You will work cross-functionally with the Global Communications team and other teams across the Global Network including our Global Product team which includes UX and UI designers, as well as other marketing and communications leads, to plan, create, and deploy strong branded assets that boost our work’s awareness and strengthen our positioning as leaders in economic systems change.
