Reporting to the Group Communications Director the Global Head of Internal Communications for YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP will be based in our London office in Westfield, London and will be responsible for defining and delivering the internal communications and engagement strategy for the Group globally.
We are seeking a candidate who has extensive experience of strategic planning and delivery of
global internal communications and colleague engagement programmes, working closely with HR and other key internal stakeholders.
Strategic development of the Group's employer brand proposition
Devise strategic plans and execution programmes to maximise internal communications and engagement for colleagues within the Group
Manage the Senior Leadership Team engagement programme
Create effective frameworks for the Group's internal communications and engagement
activity across all its business divisions and global offices
Work with senior leaders across the business to counsel and guide in the development of internal communications and engagement activity within divisions
Work with the Group's Executive Committee to build a programme of internal comms activity
Work with the broader communications team to maximise campaigns and communications
initiatives to bring to life the Group's narrative for colleagues
Manage knowledge sharing platforms and tools: including management of 3rd party providers, intranet and internal social media.
Create innovative and compelling digital and video content as part of the internal communications publishing programme
Stage annual company roadshow and other global communications initiatives
Oversee the internal communications programme for financial results
Ensure our managers are equipped to deliver messaging and communications to their team members
In conjunction with HR develop reward and recognition programmes for colleagues
Sit on both the Group Communications and the HR Senior Leadership Team
Develop the Group's social activity in conjunction with social committees and HR
Prepare and manage annual internal communication budget submission
Constantly review overall company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with evolving corporate governance legislation
Attend industry events and training events as required and identified
Contribute to the growth of the company through ideas and initiatives
Ensure that the company values are intrinsic in every part of your role
Ensuring the Group's voice remains authentic, consistent, true to our values and complements our trading brands.
International coordination of internal communication projects.
Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team
Degree level education or equivalent
Extensive experience in internal communications and engagement, delivering this globally for a large multi-national business. Evidence of achievements and success.
Proven track record of delivering interesting communication strategies in complex, cross functional and international businesses
Exceptional writing skills and good eye for detail- able to convey spirit and voice of the Group
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and effortlessly moves between strategic and tactical
Fluency in English (required); fluency in another language would be a benefit but not a prerequisite(specifically Italian).
Understand and relish in the complexity of a leading matrix organisation in a high growth sector
Positive and can-do attitude as well as capacity to plan and multitask is a must
Strong written and verbal communication skills across internal and external environment
