Charlotte Tilbury are looking for a motivated and brilliant socially native leader to run our owned social media channels and our global influencer programme.
Create and lead social media strategy for Charlotte Tilbury across multiple platforms and territories including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube
Work with the directors in the Content team to formulate content plans to ensure social media outlets are populated with fresh, interesting and innovative content
Develop global advocacy strategy and work with regional PR & Advocacy teams to execute plan across numerous advocacy segments
Set up and manage ongoing reporting process to give visibility to content and social metrics
Work seamlessly with the PR and social media teams to activate influencer relationships for the business
Create and manage pro makeup artist advocacy programme – both internal and external
Social media native – deep understanding in particular of Instagram
Can derive insight from data and comfortable manipulating and analysing data
Experience in funnel management, conversion and analytics
Experienced in building and maintaining strong relationships
Experience working with influencers
Experienced in the Beauty Industry
