scope of the role
This role is a great opportunity for a creative who loves working across a little bit of everything. They will have a true passion for branding as well as a strong commercial awareness.
We are at an exciting growth stage and so are always spreading our [butterfly] wings across new territories including new categories [chilled prepared, ambient] and new channels [TikTok]. We are looking for someone who can help us to learn and adapt as we go whilst ensuring we protect the brilliant bits that make us the iconic brand we are.
this is what you will do:
UK & International product artwork [including print production] – must be proficient on the creative suite packages [Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign]
Product packaging – work with the Product Development team on all itsu [Grocery] packaging. Managing concept through to artwork. Our packaging should never cost the earth [both literally and metaphorically]. Knowledge of printing processes& an interest in structural design is preferable.
Photography [food and pack shots] – creative direction of in-house shots and managing external agencies. Working with the Brand team to establish our approach to lifestyle shots.
Website & Digital – creating content including still and moving images – no coding knowledge needed
All marketing collateral e.g. campaigns, trade presentations, brand brochures, product and packaging visualisation, gift boxes, POS, mock ups etc.
Asset creation to support with the always on ‘owned’ communication channels (Instagram, Facebook, newsletter etc.)
Design innovation – constantly looking for new, unexpected, and improved ways to express the brand
