The Group Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and delivering the Marcomms strategy for their Division. Working closely with the Category Merchants and Brands to set the appropriate KPI's mapped against our Customer Strategy. Prioritising the key messages and the timing of those to be both focused and demonstrating our voice of authority in this field.
This role is accountable for understanding and analysing both the macro and micro environment of the defined Division and to developing the Marcomms strategy to deliver our KPI's. This individual will be a subject expert in their industry and have the strength of connections within that network.
Having set the Divisional strategy they will be responsible for the management of their annual plan with the support of Marcomms Executive(s). In addition, oversee the management of the additional project work, such as Masterplan or seasonal campaigns etc. delivered by the Project Management Team.
