Reporting to the Head of CRM you will be responsible for managing our communications platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and supporting key stakeholders in driving customer loyalty and retention through the delivery of insights and targeted customer communications. You will be working across multiple verticals including membership clubs, restaurants, retail, beauty, cinema and hotels.
Support the development and growth of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, creating complex campaigns in partnership with the Membership and Marketing Teams.
Provide day to day management to the Campaign Team, delegating, supporting and leading them to achieve a consistent service level for the business.
Work with the Digital development teams to scope and set up the transferral of behavioural insight (engagement, unsubscribes etc), so as to keep the company data warehouse aligned with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud database.
Work with the Salesforce Developers and Administrators to migrate in excess of 175 triggered emails from our Salesforce Core CRM platform into Marketing Cloud.
Manage and support the scheduling, testing and deployment of all customer email campaigns and newsletters using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Liaise with internal contributors and external suppliers such as designers, marketing, printers, partners, editors and copywriters, developing design and technical briefs as required to ensure to smooth deployment of customer campaigns.
Work with Business Intelligence to build dashboard reporting to track the weekly performance of emails KPI’s and communicate the performance of emails to internal stakeholders.
Ongoing management and continued segmentation of databases to identify and target customers with specific campaigns.
Manage the delivery of response data for tactical lifecycle email campaigns to facilitate the measurement of targeted tactical programmes such as on-boarding, reactivation, pre and post stay and retention campaigns.
Work with Business Intelligence to produce monthly cohort reports and analysis to internal stakeholders on behaviour, lifecycle programmes and the growth of the marketable customer database.
Work with internal stakeholders to implement tactical customer lifecycle marketing campaigns via email and direct mail to multiple customer segments.
Ensure all data, user access and communications are GDPR compliant.
Educated to a degree level in either a marketing or business related qualification.
Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft packages, particularly in Excel.
Proven experience working within CRM/email marketing and or campaign management.
Solid understanding in working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong HTML knowledge, experience working with different responsive templates and can confidently edit and write code
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
