BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years experience in performance / growth marketing ideally driving app installs
Experience in Paid Social channels is essential
Successful track record of managing performance marketing for internet or high-tech products and services.
Comprehensive understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech, and entertainment industry in the Netherlands.
Strong understanding of European market trends and user behaviours
Fluent Dutch is essential; an additional European language is a plus.
Passionate about social media and short video products.
Experience working in a fast-changing, hands-on work environment.
Well-established network with digital channels in the Netherlands; Europe a plus.
