Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the performance and execution of growth marketing activity in the Netherlands & wider Europe through major digital platforms (Google, FB, Insta, TW, Snap, Apple Search Ads).
  • Explore local channels in the Netherlands & wider Europe for potential growth opportunities, including performance and other possibilities.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis on performance marketing results and optimise the growth strategy accordingly. Provide insights from competitors in the Netherlands & wider Europe market trends.
  • Innovate constantly, A/B test and experiment with new formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, locally and internationally, to align Growth Marketing strategy with other areas and execution.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years experience in performance / growth marketing ideally driving app installs
  • Experience in Paid Social channels is essential
  • Successful track record of managing performance marketing for internet or high-tech products and services.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech, and entertainment industry in the Netherlands.
  • Strong understanding of European market trends and user behaviours
  • Fluent Dutch is essential; an additional European language is a plus.
  • Passionate about social media and short video products.
  • Experience working in a fast-changing, hands-on work environment.
  • Well-established network with digital channels in the Netherlands; Europe a plus.
