As a Growth Strategist you’ll be working as part of a highly successful team, implementing strategic campaigns that will help our clients grow. You will be developing strategies and guiding the team in implementing these campaigns so that they deliver high quality lead generation for our clients, ensuring that the client’s needs are met in line with the agreed strategy, KPIs and goals.

You will work alongside the Principal Strategist to deliver the workshops and input into the strategy, with the ultimate aim being for you to have complete ownership over this eventually (with support). It will be your responsibility to run the sprint process and ensure clear client communication post 90 days, you will have ownership over that process for the clients that reside within your delivery pod.

You will then plan and organise activity to be delivered by your pod, including the Growth Consultant and Growth Executive. You will split your time between leading your team in delivering the strategy and communicating this to the client alongside supporting your team in client delivery.

What will I be doing?
  • Understanding client needs, developing and delivering consistently high growth marketing strategies including high quality inbound, conversational and account-based marketing
  • Liaising with clients and ensuring project deliverables and timeframes are outlined to them effectively.
  • Creation of marketing automation process for HubSpot, Drift Workflows, Service Hub, Salesforce, Pardot
  • Launch and manage growth marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting and gathering insights for campaigns
  • Understand client needs, translating client business objectives into Growth marketing tactics and deliver consistently high quality inbound, conversational and account-based marketing
  • Liaise with clients and ensure project deliverables and timeframes are outlined to them effectively (post 90days)
  • Develop and deliver growth marketing strategies including ABM, conversational and inbound marketing
  • Project management and delegation of tasks to the rest of the pod
  • Lead your delivery pod, mentor and coach more junior team members and support their development
  • Ensure quality control is in place for work produced by the pod
  • Deliver Client Training (across all areas)
  • Creation of marketing automation processes for HubSpot & Drift

Sounds great! What do I need to be successful?
  • Expert knowledge of CRM/Marketing automation experience (HubSpot, however other tools such as Salsforce, Pardot, Campaign Monitor are also useful)
  • Significant digital strategy experience - developing strategies and implementing them across various marketing channels and platforms (3+ years)
  • Demonstrable project management experience, coupled with client management experience and consulting with clients on campaign metrics and deliverables
  • Understanding of theory and implementation of Conversational marketing, Account-based marketing, Inbound Marketing
  • Ability to analyse, diagnose and solve technical queries on digital platforms
  • Proactivity in searching for new opportunities to improve the client’s campaigns
  • Organisational skill and proficiency in project management
  • A keen eye for detail and aptitude for quality assurance
  • Line management and/or coaching and mentoring experience.

Having completed the following training/certifications would be advantageous:
  • Google Analytics Training and if possible full GAIQ Certification
  • Drift University completion
