As Head of Brand Copy, you will fuel creative ideation, concept articulation and big idea generation, as well as lead all copywriting creation, for marketing and product development across all channels, globally.
Reporting to the Director of Creative Content, you will glean insight based product and creative intentions from Charlotte the Founder, Chairman, President and CCO, as well as the Director of Brand Creative and the Director of Creative Content, to script sharp and perfectly on brand language and tone.
In close collaboration with the Global Brand Marketing team, you will finesse the articulation of product & creative concepts as well as overarching, media agnostic big ideas for campaigns.
Through inspirational leadership of the copywriting team and your own linguistic flair, you will deliver mesmerising copy for the business globally. From Scriptwriting for Charlotte and other key stakeholders for Events, Appearances, Masterclasses and Shoots, to all Corporate, Brand and Product Communications (Internal & External), Packaging & Product Naming, Marketing Campaigns, TV, Radio, Print, Social, Website, Email, Display, Store Design & Visual Merchandising as well as Educational Materials.
You will be an influential leader with an eye for talent, able to elevate and mobilise direct reports as well as foster best partnerships across the business. You’ll establish a team of “brilliant, beaming believers” to champion Charlotte Tilbury’s voice throughout Global and Regional hubs across the world.

Requirements
Solid conceptual and strategic experience
Experience in the beauty industry
Detail orientated with an eye for precision
Ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously while delivering the highest quality of work
Leadership and management skills – strategic, directional advice which inspires and elevates the work of other copywriters
Provide excellent internal client servicing – from communication through to high-quality creative and presentation skill
Manage scope of projects, flag issues and negotiate any changes in scope with priority stakeholders. Ensure delivery is on time, within budget and to the highest of standards
