Charlotte Tilbury is looking for an experienced Head of Creative Operations who will be responsible for the creative output and smooth running of the Creative and Content teams. We are looking for a strong project manager with excellent organisational skills and excellent communication. This role will effectively manage the workflow and production of our content and creative planning.
You will have good leadership skills, be able to enforce and influence deadlines, yet understand when there can be flexibility and command respect from across the business.
Day to day management of the creative processes, making sure teams are working efficiently, to brief, deadlines and budget
Planning for short and long terms creative requirements
Facilitating meetings, ensuring progress is being made across all projects, deadlines are achieved by all those involved, and the high quality expectations asked of by the business stakeholders are met
Act as project lead for new incentives, redesigns and innovations relating to content
Manage any new workflow introduced to the creative department and communicate effectively across all teams so they are clear on their remit and deadlines
Communicate any late delivery or major issues to stakeholders on behalf of the team, and work to create a resolve
Work closely with the CMO on the creative strategy and development of the brand
Define briefs with stakeholders; agree objectives, direction, design specifications, timelines & budget
