The Role:

With significant growth of our Brands and accelerated direct to consumer growth (DTC) we have an incredible opportunity to join us and help lead the continued growth of our UGG, HOKA and TEVA brands as Head of Digital Marketing.

Working as part of our DTC E-Commerce team we are looking for a Head of Digital Performance Marketing to lead our digital marketing strategy and implementation across our Brands in the EMEA region.

Using your in-depth knowledge of Digital marketing, you will find creative ways to attract and engage customers across our brands.

You will have a natural ability to influence and poses leadership skills to lead teams in London and across mainland Europe.

You will be seen as an expert in your field and a ‘go to’ lead for all things Digital Marketing. You will be a fantastic team player and mentor to those that work directly and indirectly with you.

Your Impact:
As Head of Digital Marketing you will
  • Attract customers to our brands and grow traffic
  • Be creative and look for new ways to attract and engage customers
  • Stay connected to the external market and deliver value from constantly evolving digital marketing capabilities
  • Lead teams and work brilliantly with those around you through building relationships and partnerships
  • Plan and manage significant spend and budgets
  • Manage third party partners
  • Communicate and share our success and areas of opportunity to keep growing

Who You Are:
  • Individual with a positive attitude that has the vision and ability to drive our direct-to-consumer goals forwards.

We would Love to Hear from People with:
  • Wide range of Digital Marketing experience, ideally gained from a retail / fast consumer paced background.
  • Good experience of leading teams and partners and demonstrate an ability to work across brands in multiple markets.
