Creative Equals works with a number of organisations across the creative, media and tech sectors to drive inclusion, diversity and equality. We’re looking for a committed individual to join our growing team with experience in managing partnerships, programmes and people to help take us to the next level. Our aim is to help business leaders grow a diverse, balanced and representative talent population to represent the audiences we serve. Ideally, you’ll also understand marketing and communication, helping drive new business and partnerships across the sector.
In this role, you’ll evaluate our data reports to drive strategies with our clients, delivering implementation, such as training, where needed. We are also looking to run a ‘Returnships’ programme for the industry, so you’ll play a key role in co-ordinating and delivering this over 2018-2019 programme.
Currently, we’re a small organisation, this role will also will require the individual to be flexible, entrepreneurial, highly organised and proactive.
Key responsibilities:
  • Working to build strong partnerships across the sector and beyond as our business expands
  • Your experience includes working closely with HR teams and CEO teams, creating and running training sessions on diversity and inclusion
  • You’ll drive key strategies with our clients, and help them build out their road maps for implementation, with tangible results
  • You’ll be passionate about embedding inclusive working practices into processes from recruitment to creative output
  • You’ll act as an ambassador for the Creative Equals brand, delivering talks and workshops as required
  • You’ll also help drive and pitch for new business and sponsorships, as well as keep all our marketing and training material
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience leading and delivering projects for large, cross-functional organisations
  • Strong communication skills, organisation skills and commercial acumen
  • Strong analytic skills and the ability to think strategically and programmatically
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner
  • High EQ/interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across functions
  • Good organisation skills with the ability to manage workloads and multiple tasks
  • Excellent social media and communication skills, as you’ll be required to write everything from posts to newsletters
  • Experience running training sessions on diversity and inclusion
  • Having an awareness of global and cultural issues 
  • Previous relationship HR, coaching or management experience preferred

Salary from £32-38K (based on experience) plus bonus
