In this newly created role, you will support defining and implementing a global, best in class Operations strategy that supports scale across specified influencer tiers and all areas of Influencer Marketing - Identification, Activation, Content Creation, Distribution, Measurement and Retention.
Automation, innovation and creative thinking will be fundamental to the Operations team and strategy. This team will wholly own the end-to-end management of specified Influencer campaigns and be responsible for delivering high impact reach through fast-paced content-led activations. Responsibilities of this team will extend to content refinement, internal and external distribution as well as working with wider departments to foster an interactive and sustainable community.
You will liaise with other departments across the business (Marketing, Product, Analytics and Data Science) to exchange developments, training and to ensure a centre of excellence for this division.
Collaborate with the channel leads and contribute to the Operations strategy development making recommendations based on expertise
Work autonomously to implement and execute the operational plan outlined and play your part in ensuring a centre of excellence
Define and coordinate activities, process, schedules whilst also reviewing the output of junior members to ensure team alignment
Communicate with other departments globally to exchange training, developments & learning and escalate opportunities and or risks when identified
Report on KPI'S offering solutions and recommendations to your manager and then implement corrective measures and actions agreed
Live the Farfetch values and provide direction and mentor junior members of the team

You have experience in a Digital Marketing role and have a passion for eCommerce and leveraging technology to solve problems
You have experience of data and analytical skills and an ability to package results and offer recommendations with keen attention to detail
You have supported the implementation of projects focused on automation & innovation of a channel
You are a structured communicator and have experience of coordinating activities, forming process and managing schedules
You have acted as a mentor for junior members of a team
You are a strong team player, ready to collaborate and build relationships across departments
You have first-hand experience in managing and implementing Influencer outreach strategies
You have experience in managing influencer relationships and driving long-term engagement
You have good knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics) the social media marketing industry, Instagram and other social platforms
You are a self-starter, driven, dynamic and comfortable working in a fast-paced, adaptable environment
