ROLE:
We are currently looking to fill an internship position in our Global Influencer Services team, to begin June 2019.
As an intern, you'll gain valuable insights into all of our global influencer marketing activities such as talent identification and outreach, talent communication, influencer community building, influencer campaign management and client facing document creation.
As we are a team of influencer marketing experts, someone with a keen eye for identifying key social talent partnered with strong organizational skills is a must. You will be in contact with influential talent agents and influencer professionals throughout your internship and must be able to convey positivity, warmth and professionalism at all times. This will be a great opportunity for you to develop your experience within the fashion, luxury, and beauty influencer marketing space.
You should be enthusiastic and interested in topics focused on fashion and digitalisation and be prepared to support the Influencer Services Manager in daily tasks for the UK & Europe with supplemental support for U.S. clients and campaigns. As a member of a dedicated team you will gain a wealth of insights and experience in organising our influencer community and campaigns.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO SUPPORT US ON:
  • Influencer talent identification and recruitment.
  • Influencer relations and community management.
  • Day to day influencer campaign management admin.
  • Powerpoint creation for case studies and creative briefings.
  • Support Creative Proposals development.
  • Participate in brainstorming for brand campaigns.
  • Assist with industry research and competitive analysis.
  • Great organization skills to track pitches, update spreadsheets, maintain calendars.
  • Attend weekly status meetings with the team.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
  • Independence, motivation, creativity and a good team spirit.
  • Organisational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of/interest in the fashion/luxury/beauty industries.
  • Powerpoint skills are a must.
  • Preferable experience from a similar role.
  • Affinity for Launchmetrics (previously Fashion GPS) is a plus.
  • High English language skills and any other languages very welcome.
  • Fluency in Google Platforms Slides, Sheets, Docs.
