To aid in this, Condé Nast Britain is looking for an Insights Manager to join the growing Research and Insights team.  Working alongside our Head of Research and Insights, they will be instrumental in developing insights pieces for Condé Nast, our titles, and our clients – some of the world’s leading brands. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities
The role is multifaceted, with responsibilities including:
  • Developing audience insight (quant and qual) and putting this at the heart of the business
  • Analysing market/industry trends
  • Building a thought-leadership calendar and assisting in the creation of tentpole initiatives 
  • Partnering with editorial and commercial teams to develop insights for our titles
  • Assisting with paid insight consultancy work and pitches; with increased ownership over time 
  • Managing a Senior Executive.

Essential Skills & Requirements

The ideal candidate should come from a research consultancy, integrated agency or publishing house, with a track record of delivering insights that break through.  Additional qualifications include:

  • Experience developing and driving proprietary research
  • Ability to translate insights into compelling and credible narratives
  • Strong storyteller with proven ability to lead on presentation development
  • Creatively-minded with ability to concept out-of-the-box thinking and contribute to creative output
  • Experience working with and presenting to clients
  • Collaborative and experienced in working across a matrixed business
  • Strong attention to detail; with experience in collating, analysing and evaluating data
  • Passion for luxury and lifestyle brands.
