We are looking for an innovative, curious and creative content graphic designer with experience in multi channel content creation, good illustration skill and experience in motion design to join our communication team in London. You will be part of a growing team and lead the visual translation of BenevolentAI brand across various media. From the creation of appealing visual content for presentation and social media, to developing visual research concepts for both external and internal purposes, print and digital.
What's your mission?
You will be the visual brand gatekeeper, ensuring the brand is reflected across all our channels, internal and external included. You will oversee and create all content that will be public facing.
You will be a key member of the marketing and communication team and help developing visual contents and concepts for campaigns that will be published across various channels (social, web, events, print). We are looking for someone strong in Digital (social media and web) and branding, good in print and infographics. Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
We'll be happy for you to become a full-time member of the team, or collaborate with us on a part-time basis provided you tick all the right boxes!
Translate complex research concepts into easy to understand visual concepts and develop the imagery around our published papers that will be used across different channels.
You will develop multimedia campaigns concepts and visuals with the communication and marketing team (digital, print, web, social media)
Develop a range of collaterals: brochures, flyers, event material (banners, booth artwork, branded items etc..)
Create infographics and illustrations to convey ideas or messages for presentations, brochures and digital
Working with our internal communication department you will also be developing materials such as posters or newsletters and more to convey our internal messages around our culture, values and behaviours, internal events, and general communication internally.
You will be responsible for the conception of our slide presentations that we showcase in national and international events, to investors and partners.
We would ideally require someone with experience in motion design to create a set of motion graphics and explainer videos aimed at an external audience.

What do you need to succeed?
Extensive experience in agencies or communication/design departments
Proven experience in working across multi-channels such as print, digital design, and social media collaterals.
Excellent technical skills in design tools e.g. Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, powerpoint
Experience with Final Cut Pro, After Effects and HTML
Demonstrable graphic design and typography skills with a strong portfolio
A strong eye for visual composition
Solid illustrations skill
We are looking for someone strong in Digital (social media and web) and branding, good in print and infographics. Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
Ability to bring complex concepts and ideas into visual concepts that clearly communicate the messages.
Ability to translate these concepts across various channels: digital, presentations, prints, social media
Strong communication and presentation skills – both written and verbally
Confidence to present and explain ideas to colleagues and senior stakeholders
Ability to bring innovative and creative ideas to support the marketing team
Ability to work on various projects at the same time
