Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, you'll be responsible for co-ordinating Internal Communications for ASOS. You'll manage a robust set of internal channels and create the 'all-staff' content that sits within. Working with a number of stakeholders from different areas of the business, you'll help drive awareness for the company's vision, values, direction of travel and success, acting as an internal comms ambassador and brand advocate for ASOS. You'll also manage and develop an Internal Comms Assistant.
Manage and develop ASOS' internal channels (Populo, Workplace, ASOS Home, Big 5, High 5, ASOS Voices Live, Exec thoughts, Snapshot)
Write, curate, edit and publish content for the aforementioned channels
Regularly review channels, continually developing structure, design and content
Working alongside department/area-specific internal comms partners, schedule the landing of key internal engagement campaigns and events.
Act as a community lead to encourage two-way dialogue with staff
Track the performance of internal activity, creating regular progress reports for the team
Advise leaders, and departments across the business to ensure effective communications and maximise engagement
Own operational relationship with creative on Brand experience team
Develop and own communications tools (imagery, logos, templates) for all communications contacts
Manage an Internal Comms Assistant.
Previous experience and specialisation in internal communications
Passionate and knowledgeable about ASOS, fashion and online retail
Related industry experience desirable, working for a PLC
Exceptional written skills and a passion for mining stories from a variety of sources and developing a web of channels
First rate attention to detail and proof-reading skills
Highly organised with ability to cope under pressure, forward plan and balance workload
Knowledge of Facebook at Work, Populo and other content management systems
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the confidence to interact with senior management
Previous line management experience (desirable)
