The Role
The Internal Communications Manager will create and manage internal communication strategies that align with our values and goals. They will also work closely with internal stakeholders to support them in delivering a compelling vision and strategy. The Communications Manager is passionate and knowledgeable about best-in-class internal communications tactics and programs that drive employee engagement and help shape Condé Nast culture.
The Team
The Internal Communications Manager role is part of a global team.
What will you be doing?
  • Develop and execute original ideas and programs to drive the internal communications strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day planning and execution of holistic internal campaigns and programming, including culture and engagement, organisational comms, business and strategic updates.
  • Lead day-to-day development of Condé Nast-focused content for internal and external-facing digital/social communication sites, including condenast.com and company employee site.
  • Manage, develop and curate content for global company newsletter.
  • Drive internal events and work with brand leadership to generate collaboration, professional development, product innovation and idea-sharing across the company.

  • Manage a robust calendar of messaging and original internal engagement opportunities.
  • Support internal communications administrative needs as they arise.
Who you are:
  • Excellent writing and copy editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prior experience working in a communications team.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively within a global, cross-functional global working environment with a deep understanding of how cultures inform communications approaches.
  • Proven success in managing digital platforms and working with digital development teams.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to connect with people at all levels; have a creative and inquisitive mind, positivity, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are essential.
  • Previous experience in media and/or journalism is a plus.
