When implemented as an in-room solution through hotel partners, handy combines the functionality of a personal smartphone and hotel in-room phone services into one fully integrated device. It enables travellers to connect with their surroundings, understand the local attractions, amenities, nightlife and much more.

About the role:
You will work closely with the global Launch, Post-Launch, Account Management and Customer Relations teams in order to help our hotel partners customise, launch and upgrade their handy experience. You will be part of a very diverse and international team, that stretches over multiple time-zones.

The duration of the internship is 6 months after a which a permanent position may be offered upon review of performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Support the creation and update of online content, using our internal Central Management System.
  • Support the Launch, Account Management and Customer Relations teams on the execution and implementation of client requests.
  • Support internal and external communications with our clients.
  • Maintain the accounts database and generate reports.
  • Analyse service delivery and performance; improve upon existing SOPs.

REQUIREMENTS

Location: London (by Oxford Circus tube station)
Requirements:
  • Intuitive team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible with a flare for detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Passionate about attention to detail.
