When implemented as an in-room solution through hotel partners, handy combines the functionality of a personal smartphone and hotel in-room phone services into one fully integrated device. It enables travellers to connect with their surroundings, understand the local attractions, amenities, nightlife and much more.
As part of our ongoing expansion, Hi Inc is looking for capable individuals to join our fast-growing teams around the world. London is our headquarters for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and a global hub for all aspects of our business.

You will work closely with the global Launch, Post-Launch, Account Management and Customer Relations teams in order to help our hotel partners customise, launch and upgrade their handy experience. You will be part of a very diverse and international team, that stretches over multiple time-zones.

The duration of the internship is 6 months after a which a permanent position may be offered upon review of performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support the creation and update of online content, using our internal Central Management System.
Support the Launch, Account Management and Customer Relations teams on the execution and implementation of client requests.
Support internal and external communications with our clients.
Maintain the accounts database and generate reports.
Analyse service delivery and performance; improve upon existing SOPs.
Location: London (by Oxford Circus tube station)
Intuitive team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, responsible with a flare for detail.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Immediate availability preferred.
