Description
We are looking for a Junior Art Director to join our in-house team.
Here at Pengarna we are looking for someone to join our creative team. Supporting in producing visual creative for digital content and advertising campaigns that challenge what is expected of brands online.
You'll work directly alongside our Creative Director to bring campaigns to life for a variety of clients in different industries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working on the campaigns from the outset, managing details about the client, product, target audience and required advertising message
- Work closely with the Creative Director to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfil the client's brief
- Produce sketches, storyboards and mock-ups to communicate ideas to the client
- Brief other members of the creative team
- Commission photographers, artists or film-makers to work on projects
Salary: Competitive
More information:
Working hours are generally 9am to 6pm. However, extra hours are required in the evenings and at weekends in order to meet deadlines and specific needs.

- Consistent ability to produce and communicate fresh ideas and visual concepts
- High levels of motivation and perseverance with a strong belief in your ideas, plus the skills and confidence to express them
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and multi-task
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to take rejection and criticism and to be able to adapt ideas to clients' and colleagues' needs
- Ideally skills in relevant art and design packages, such as Photoshop and Illustrator
- An eye for detail
