Due to an increase in our Studio activity, we are looking for a Junior Artworker to join our active production team. Work will include creative pitch work, existing asset manipulation, event site branding, ATL ad designs, event site plans and presentation design.
You will get the opportunity to work across a variety of projects and have the opportunity to develop your skills to help achieve the highest standards in all aspects of asset creation.
Create InDesign and Google Docs presentations in line with our brand guidelines
Proactively suggest alternative layout solutions and discuss with creative/production, where appropriate
Creating high-resolution artwork from briefs supplied
Visualise brand ideas (and workings) for campaign identities
Handling high-resolution files across servers
Carry out briefed work in a timely manner and make requested variations
Ensure designs are in line with brand guidelines (Audience and client’s)
Develop expertise to retouch images when necessary
Work with scaled vector drawings to reflect product and site designs
Visualise printed mock-ups (e.g. a billboard advert)
Work with producers to create content such as social media assets, marketing materials, PDF’s & White Papers
Send assets to print, including detailed spec requirements and manage quality and delivery
What we are looking for
Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
An eye and precision for detail
Ability to work across multiple account teams, and multiple projects simultaneously
A proactive problem solver
Ability to work to deadlines
Flexible and proactive attitude
Ability to develop and manage workflow, prioritise tasks and assign resource
Have a hands-on attitude and an open communicator
Ability to use both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office - and make them look incredible
Previous experience working within an agency environment ideal but not essential
