We have a new and exciting opportunity at Proud Robinson + Partners for an innovative and passionate Junior Creative Designer to join the team.

We are looking for someone with a passion to produce fresh, creative design work across an exciting portfolio of brands from global luxury alcohol to tech to automotive, delivering work for existing clients as well as for new business pitches.

With a natural curiosity in people, brands, media, arts and culture, we want someone who is fuelled by a genuine desire to create fresh solutions to a variety of creative challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to really flex your creativity by working on creative ideation as well as a wide variety of design tasks, including brand identity, visuals, basic artwork, logo design, media content, communications materials and template design. The Basics:
- Full time Junior Creative Designer position
- Contributing to the development of creative across the business with a focus on TTL (integrated comms, events, & experiences, campaigns, activations, branding, toolkits and content creation)
-‘Social First’ approach; demonstrating a thorough understanding of current social media comms landscape
- A genuine passion for design, with a broad frame of reference and the desire to be part of a
world-class creative team
- Reporting to the Senior Designer and Creative Director
- Role to be based at the agency’s London office 2 days a week, working remote 3 days

The Specifics:
- A degree or strong background in graphic design
- Proficiency with an range of design applications and tools including the full Adobe creative suite
- Web knowledge, ideally with some experience with Mailchimp, Wordpress, Cpanel, WHM, JavaScript (jquery), php
- A passion for design, culture and information graphics
- Keen to participate in creative ideation sessions, drawing on wider cultural influences and trends to inspire and motivate the wider (cross functional) team and help push our creative boundaries
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, with a natural eye for composition and colour
- Ability to communicate and collaborate
- Excellent team player but also able to act on own initiative
- Experience in 3D design and Motion a bonus but not essential
- Hungry to learn and develop existing skill set
- A real interest in current design, event and media trends

Key responsibilities to include:
- Working with the team to concept, design and deliver a wide array of assets across brand identities, campaigns, toolkits, event concepts and collateral, digital and print collateral
- Producing mock-ups and presentation visuals for internal and external presentations
- Supporting in the implementation of a chosen concept through to execution, working with the wider creative team to deliver print ready and digital artwork across a range of media
- Ensuring work is delivered on brief, to deadline and at the highest possible standard
- Working with an extended team of specialist freelance resource
