The Performance Media team is taking the in-season business of the group into the future of digital advertising. We behave channel agnostic, we are tech savvy and we are data driven. The Junior PM Strategist is a cross-channel, cross-brand (Net-A-Porter and Mr Porter) role working across all regions on revenue driving and customer acquisition activities, reporting into the Senior Performance Media Strategist. They will play a key role in the Performance Media team ensuring that all activities are executed to best in class standards and quality, keeping the day to day executions of the team on track as well as longer term tests / strategic projects and using their position close to the data to help inform the wider strategic direction, plans and opportunities.
Responsible for managing and mentoring performance executives both in day to day task execution and in their longer term development / progression.
Prioritising and updating task lists for junior team members and checking outputs as required.
Working with Senior Performance Media Strategist to develop best practice and processes that can be rolled out globally to drive fantastic results and efficiencies.
Working with Senior Performance Media and Regional strategists, taking ownership and accountability of key projects, accounts and markets as needed in-line with strategic plans and objectives.
Taking active role in on-going relationships / conversations with appropriate media owners and 3rd Party platforms (e.g. Google, Bing, Doubleclick Search etc.) to ensure best in class campaigns and first to market advertising products.
Utilize position working close to the data to input into ongoing and wider strategic initiatives.
Ensuring that regular reporting, analysis and insights are of the highest quality.
Take an active role in comms with wider business partners such as Regional Marketing teams as required and in line with on-going ownership areas
Work closely with counterparts in Brand Media team to build a holistic view of all Paid Media activities and implement strategic dove-tailing within Performance Media activity.
3+ years working within acquisition areas of digital marketing with focus on Paid Search, Google Shopping and Re-targeted Display
Experience on big budget accounts and working to stretch revenue / ROI targets
Work with 3rd party bidding and automation platforms
Experience training and mentoring junior team members
Advanced knowledge and experience working with Excel
Great communication skills both written and verbal, confident presenting.
Experience in e-commerce preferred
