The OK COOL TikTok Studio works with some of the coolest and most forward thinking brands in the world— Diesel, Universal Music Group, Taco Bell, and even TikTok itself— to create authentically entertaining TikTok content that connects with communities on the platform.
As a Junior TikTok Creative Producer, you’ll act almost as an in-house TikTokker (!), dreaming up creative ideas and executing them for our clients. You’ll be seen as a trusted go-to source for news on everything TikTok, Gen Z, and culture.
You’ll also be involved in making collaborations happen between top TikTokkers and OK COOL, building those relationships and exchanging creative ideas.
You’ll also be integral to the running of the TikTok Studio, keeping the wheels turning with our clients, and the OK COOL TikTok Studio brand.
TikTok Production - Filming and editing TikToks for our clients, and for the OKC TikTok. This will involve in-person shoots for the physical TikTok Studio offering
Concepting - Working up concepts and scripts for clients where needed
Scheduling & Community Management
Client Reporting - Assisting with writing reports for TikTok Studio clients
Creator Engagement - Sourcing, briefing and managing TikTok creators when needed for clients.
Organising contracts and invoices with creators and keeping P&Ls updated.
Reports - Assisting with planning, researching and design of TT Studio Reports. Aiding with distribution e.g. reaching out to affiliates, sorting contacts in Mailchimp, scheduling emails in Mailchimp, setting up funnels for leads
Writing - Keeping an ear to the ground with TikTok news and helping identify topics for us to have an opinion on and write about with Peter
Events - Assisting with planning for internal events
TikTok Studio Website & Creds - Updating case studies, amendments to website
An excellent knowledge of TikTok - you should be an avid user of the platform and know how to shoot an entertaining TikTok video.
You should be both a strategic and creative thinker - marrying up logic with innovative creative ideas
A knowledge of and interest in popular culture and current affairs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management
Able to prioritise workload requirements
Proactivity is key, you should be the type of person that always makes sure they’re one step ahead of the task at hand
