What will I be working on?
Working as part of a dynamic team within the New Businesses Department, you will be reporting to the Head of Commercial Partnerships Growth. Fixed term 18 month contract for The Deliveroo Partner Services Lead Account Manager who runs the day to day relationship with a designated portfolio of Strategic Deliveroo FMCG Partners.
You are involved in shaping the partnership and delivering against jointly agreed business objectives.  Partner Success: You are accountable for the health of the portfolio ensuring that each of your partners have the support to execute growth campaigns to increase their performance on both their owned menu pages and all channels on the Deliveroo platform.
Working as part of the Commercial Partnerships Team, you will influence the growth of their portfolio across all channels and markets, ensuring that Deliveroo is the preferred partner of choice.
Responsibilities include:
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of partner specific KPIs, preparing and presenting partner performance review meetings with key stakeholders
  • Develop and manage long term partnerships with key FMCG brands, specifically with heads of e-commerce/d-commerce, brand and marketing
  • Build and deliver insight during quarterly planning sessions and reviews in support of your partner. Provide insight and guidance on how to optimise and grow delivery as a channel.
  • Increase revenue, health metrics and investment by consulting partners on best practice, through analysing and driving actions from performance data
  • Identify opportunities to deepen and grow the relationship with key partners by involving and working cross functionally with other parts of the Deliveroo business
  • Manage menu optimization activities and onboarding Pick Up Points / E-commerce Stores
  • Work with marketing counterparts to design, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns that drive value for partners
  • Minimum 4 years in account management, campaign execution or similar
  • Proven track-record in meeting and exceeding growth targets
  • Ambitious self starter, with drive to make things happen independently and through collaboration
  • Effective relationship-building and communication skills
  • Creative negotiation skills and experience in cross-team stakeholder management
  • A good understanding of a P&L

Employment details:
