An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join the Learning and Development team at Tate.
This role is key to ensuring Tate’s employees are provided with the learning and development they need to meet the organisation's vision and key strategic and operational objectives.
In this role you will support the Learning and Development team to deliver an efficient and effective service through administering and coordinating learning and development programmes.
Using our new Learning Management System, Tate Learn, you will ensure that accurate records are kept for all staff of learning and development activities that have been undertaken. You will also have the opportunity to assist in the design and development of a portfolio of training courses and electronic resources.
As a first point of contact for staff and managers you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to arrange and coordinate and evaluate events.
Part of a small team, you will work closely with the Learning and Development Officer to oversee the scheduling of the annual Learning and Development Programme.
To be successful in the role you will enjoy working on a variety of different projects at the same time and be able to prioritise and use available resources to ensure tasks are completed to deadline. You will be committed to developing people, Inclusion and Diversity and will have an appreciation of Organisational Development.
You will be based in London within the Learning and Development Team but will work with key stakeholders across London, Liverpool and St. Ives.
